SAP’s original Professional Services fundamentals course was long, highly technical, and difficult for new learners to absorb. I led the redesign of this curriculum, transforming it into a modern microlearning experience supported by clear workbooks, software demonstrations, scenario-based learning, and an engaging mentor/mentee video series.
The redesigned solution helped learners understand complex SAP processes in a practical, approachable way—while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and SAP brand standards.
I redesigned a multi-unit, multi-lesson ILT course into a streamlined, microlearning-based experience by:

This “storytelling meets software training” approach transformed otherwise technical content into relevant, practical application.
Throughout the project, I:
This end-to-end project management ensured a smooth development lifecycle.
The redesigned program covered the foundational processes central to Professional Services in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including:
Each topic was delivered through a mix of microlearning lessons, hands-on practice, and video support.
The redesigned course delivered:
This project significantly improved the instructional quality and usability of a core SAP learning offering.
This mentor video highlights my skill in developing customized instructional design that focuses on scenario-based content, mirroring real workplace conversations for adult learners. It employs guided dialogue to break down complex concepts in a clear, learner-friendly way—demonstrating my approach to practical, human-centered eLearning solutions.
