Project Overview

 

This project demonstrates how P3 eLearning Solutions designs and develops Custom GPTs to enhance organizational learning programs. The AI Training Coach example showcases the same process we use when building tailored AI tools for clients—providing on-demand coaching, scenario practice, and real-time performance support within any training ecosystem.


The model simulates how an AI assistant can reinforce lessons, answer questions based on approved content, guide learners through realistic scenarios, and support on-the-job application long after the formal training event.


This example serves as a clear visual and functional representation of how custom AI can extend, modernize, and elevate workforce learning.

1. AI-Driven Instructional Design Framework


I designed the GPT using the same instructional rigor applied to client projects by:


  • Establishing a coaching persona tailored to learning environments
     
  • Embedding questioning strategies, feedback loops, and scenario navigation
     
  • Aligning responses to adult-learning principles and microlearning theory
     
  • Creating structured guidance behaviors that mirror expert facilitators
     

This ensures the AI coach behaves like a dynamic learning partner—not just a chatbot.


2. Content Mapping & Prompt Architecture (Client-Ready Process)


This example illustrates the full workflow used for client AI builds, including:


  • Mapping SOPs, job aids, and training content
     
  • Structuring approved knowledge boundaries
     
  • Creating reusable prompt patterns for coaching, explanations, and feedback
     
  • Building “safe reply zones” to keep the model aligned to verified content
     
  • Designing role-specific behaviors (sales coach, onboarding mentor, etc.)
     

The architecture ensures consistency, accuracy, and predictable coaching behavior.
